Job Description

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, develop reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders to aid in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models.
• Create and manage databases to facilitate data collection and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to define metrics and measures of success.
• Utilize software tools to automate data collection and reporting tasks.
• Monitor data quality and implement necessary improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Train other team members on data analysis processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
• MBA with a focus on Analytics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science
