We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Perform regular maintenance checks on systems to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in managing user accounts and permissions.
Collaborate with team members on IT projects and training.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
Advantageous
CompTIA A+ Certification: Certification demonstrating foundational IT skills.
Experience with remote support tools: Experience using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
