Job Description

As a General IT Technician at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and supporting our internal IT infrastructure. • Participate in IT projects, including system migrations and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Virtualization Technology

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with VMware and Virtual Server Management: Hands-on experience with virtual environments for optimized server usage.
• Knowledge of Networking Protocols: Familiarity with protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
