Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, where you will provide essential technical support to our users. Your responsibilities will include resolving hardware and software inquiries, managing user accounts, and assisting with network issues. You will be instrumental in enhancing our IT support services by implementing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users as needed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT support.
  • Stay informed about advancements in technology and IT practices.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science or IT Management
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
