Kubernetes Administrator

Job Description

As a Kubernetes Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Kubernetes environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the robust deployment and automation of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes resources and optimize workloads.
• Conduct health checks and audits of existing clusters and resources.
• Collaborate in architecture discussions for cloud-native applications.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for Kubernetes deployments.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teams using Kubernetes.
• Stay updated with the latest Kubernetes developments and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes

• Knowledge of serverless computing: Experience with AWS Lambda or similar technologies.
