User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative User Experience Researcher to join our Durban office. You will be responsible for gathering user feedback, conducting usability tests, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform our UX/UI design process, ensuring a user-centered design approach in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical tools to track user interaction and engagement.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and analyze results to inform design decisions.
• Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the creation of a user-centered culture within the organization.
• Document UX research processes and maintain a repository of findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in UX/UI design or related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

Certifications

• UX Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
