Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for performing financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial audits and develop comprehensive reports.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to improve financial practices.
• Ensure effective communication with clients regarding audit processes.
• Prepare audit findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead audit engagements and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Evaluate and enhance internal control systems for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Masters in Finance or related field is a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in external auditing

• Taxation Knowledge

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Institute of Internal Auditors membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
