Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your primary goal will be to maintain and enhance the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration. You'll be vital in driving improvements across our development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated and manual testing strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Identify areas for testing improvement and contribute to QA processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in quality assurance.
• Support other team members in achieving quality objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA methodologies and processes

Technical Skills

• Regression Testing
• Performance Testing Tools (e.g., LoadRunner)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools: Understanding of testing in cloud environments.
• Experience in mobile app testing: Hands-on experience testing mobile applications.
