Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies.
• Formulate and implement standard operating procedures.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and optimising resource use.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate technology into production processes.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the plant.
• Facilitate training sessions on industrial engineering practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• MBA or related advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
