Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. This role involves providing patient-centered therapeutic services to support recovery and improve overall health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic modalities and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assessments and design customized rehabilitation programs.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques for diverse patient needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to therapy, making timely adjustments.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about health management strategies.
  • Document and maintain accurate records pertaining to patient care and treatment efficacy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of community health promotion programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
