Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to inform strategic financial decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within our finance team to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and variances in financial data to provide strategic insights.
• Generate and present financial reports and analyses to management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of tax filings and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Finance or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in financial roles
