Job Description

We are seeking a Smart Contract Engineer with expertise in blockchain development to become part of our team in Cape Town. You'll be responsible for building robust smart contracts and ensuring their security and efficiency, all while collaborating on innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the complete software development life cycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand new product requirements.
• Implement necessary upgrades and changes to existing smart contracts.
• Stay updated on blockchain developments and propose improvements.
• Develop and manage external technical documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Software Engineering or related field
• Certifications in Blockchain technology preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in smart contract programming

Technical Skills

• Hyperledger

Certifications

• Ethereum Certified Developer

Languages

• English: Fluent
