Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to be part of our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while optimizing for cost efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil designs and specifications for projects.
• Assess site conditions and collaborate with contractors during the construction process.
• Review and approve project designs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and interns within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
