Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at reducing production costs and improving process efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs and SOPs.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Participate in safety audits and recommend changes to improve workplace safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related area preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in chemical manufacturing
