Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Allied Health Professional (Dietitian) to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to assess their nutritional needs and develop personalized dietary plans. This role involves collaboration with medical staff and contributes to enhancing overall patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' nutritional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as required.
• Provide education on nutritional practices to patients and families.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in nutrition education or counseling

Certifications

• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
