Job Description

As a Cut Filer, you will play a vital role in the production process, responsible for sharpening, cleaning, and maintaining cutting tools to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit precision and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cutting machines for precise material cutting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Ensure materials are loaded properly into machines and unloaded safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines consistently.
• Document maintenance and repair activities for accountability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Additional technical certifications or training

Experience

• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mix of CAD/CAM software
• Measurement tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
