Job Description

We are looking for a Matrix Bath Attendant who is highly organized and proactive to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will ensure the cleanliness of our bath facilities and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the visitors' experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bath facilities.
• Assist in managing customer flow and access to the area.
• Report any safety hazards or issues immediately.
• Provide information and assistance to clients regarding services.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Keep records of supplies and report low inventory levels.
• Engage with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback on facility operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the hospitality or leisure industry preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or related field is highly regarded.
