Diffuser Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Diffuser Operator to manage the extraction process in our production facility. In this role, you will operate and maintain the diffuser system, ensuring the efficient extraction of high-quality essential oils from sugar cane.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the diffuser equipment, adjusting settings as necessary to optimize output.
• Keep detailed records of production data and equipment performance.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with health guidelines.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure product quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, performing necessary cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Technical/Engineering Diploma is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial equipment operations.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read technical manuals

Soft Skills

• Team player
