Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design thinking and practices.
• Monitor advancements in relevant architectural technology.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Postgraduate qualifications are considered an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Building Code Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Analytical skills

Certifications

• Certified Design Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Historic Preservation: Familiarity with restoration techniques for historic buildings.
