Job Description

The Actuary position requires an analytical thinker who can apply mathematical and statistical knowledge to assess risk and inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, leveraging complex data to generate detailed reports that guide our new initiatives and enhance our client offerings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing actuarial models and techniques to ensure accuracy.
• Advise on risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
• Engage with external auditors to facilitate smooth annual audits.
• Implement best practices in data analytics to support business decisions.
• Act as a mentor for junior actuarial staff.
• Review and enhance internal control processes.
• Participate in the development of insurance products tailored to market needs.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for the broader team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Qualified Actuary or Associate Actuary status preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in actuarial science or related roles
