Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through final implementation.
• Create compelling visual designs that align with the company brand.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design strategies.
• Utilize analytics to drive design decisions and enhancements.
• Maintain and organize the design library and assets.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Engage with the user community to gather insights and feedback.
• Oversee the execution of design projects within timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Certification in UX/UI Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application design

Technical Skills

• User Research

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile analytics tools: Ability to use analytics to inform design decisions.
• Previous experience in app stores launching: Experience in managing app store submissions and launches.
