Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pulp Drier Firer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the drying process in the pulp production facility, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the drier equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pulp drying processes and the ability to manage equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage drying timelines to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with quality control for regular assessments of dried pulp.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on equipment operation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining pulp drying equipment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of drying equipment control systems
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Languages
