Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that goods move smoothly from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics operations to optimize the movement of goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers and transporters to negotiate contracts and service levels.
• Monitor shipments for delays or issues and take corrective action as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes.
• Provide training and support to junior logistics staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or related fields
