Job Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage inventory, staff, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings to discuss targets and operational improvements.
• Coordinate the layout of goods and equipment in the warehouse for optimal flow.
• Manage logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Review and process shipping documents for accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and logistics partners.
• Oversee the implementation of inventory management software.
• Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
• Prepare and monitor budgets related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
