Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant at our Pretoria-based institution, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning experience for students. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with teachers, assist with lesson preparation, and engage with students in a dynamic classroom setting. You will help facilitate learning and provide the necessary support to ensure students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for procurement.
  • Facilitate vendor evaluations and audits for compliance.
  • Support cross-departmental projects where procurement is involved.
  • Assist in training team members on procurement processes.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier collaborations and partnerships.
  • Provide procurement insights to improve strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events to network and stay updated on procurement trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement
