Job Description

We're seeking a passionate English Language Instructor to design engaging learning experiences. You will guide students through their language acquisition process and enhance their confidence in using English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design customized learning pathways for each student.
• Implement interactive exercises and group discussions to promote language use.
• Integrate cultural elements into the curriculum to create a more comprehensive learning experience.
• Monitor and record student attendance and performance.
• Support students in achieving their language learning goals.
• Develop community programs that encourage language practice outside the classroom.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Linguistics
• Master's degree in English or Education is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in teaching ESL
