Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, providing support to our users, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions within systems.
  • Provide technical support during software and hardware upgrades.
  • Evaluate and recommend new IT tools and technologies.
  • Liaise with external IT service providers for additional support.
  • Analyze IT service performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Enhance user training and support resources as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+)
Experience
  • 3+ years in an IT support role
