We are seeking a Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing smart contracts and blockchain protocols. You will work directly on projects that enhance client engagements and drive business success through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of code, architecture, and processes.
• Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve defects.
• Conduct independent research for advanced blockchain solutions.
• Support in creating blockchain-proof protocols and systems.
• Implement best practices for blockchain technology.
• Develop APIs for blockchain application interaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Additional certifications in blockchain technology are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain technology roles

• Hyperledger
• Node.js

Certifications

• Certified Ethereum Developer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiar with cryptography and security best practices: Knowledge of cryptographic principles and securing blockchain applications.
