Join us as a Prepress Technician where your primary responsibility will be setting type using a Monotype machine for print production. You'll collaborate with our printing team to ensure the highest standards of print quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training new staff members on Monotype operation and print procedures.
• Monitor and report on material usage during production runs.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for print outputs.
• Work closely with the Print Shop Manager to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical certificate in graphic design or print production is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the print production industry.

Languages

• English: Fluent
