Job Description

As a CCC-A Licensed Audiologist, your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders. You will work with patients of all ages in various settings including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life through effective treatments and patient education.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments using various diagnostic tools.
  • Provide guidance on the selection and fitting of hearing aids.
  • Document and update patient care activities efficiently.
  • Take part in interdisciplinary meetings for holistic patient management.
  • Implement best practices in audiology to ensure top-quality care.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior audiologists and support staff.
  • Handle inquiries and provide expert advice to patients.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary.
  • Lead initiatives to improve audiology services within the organization.
  • Develop and deliver community education sessions on hearing health.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • CCC-A Licensed Audiologist qualification
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
