We are seeking a passionate Tutoring Specialist to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will work individually with students to enhance their learning experience and improve their academic results across various subjects.

• Provide one-on-one support for students in subjects of their choice.
• Adjust teaching strategies based on student feedback and performance.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through tailored exercises.
• Establish clear learning goals and track student progress towards achieving them.
• Support students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.
• Engage in ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring methods.
• Report any concerns about student wellbeing to the Lead Tutor.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching Certification preferred
• Curriculum Development Advanced skills in developing effective curriculum and lesson plans.
• Assessment Strategies Experience in assessing student performance and progress.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs.
• English (Fluent)

• Bilingual Ability: Ability to tutor in Afrikaans or other local languages is a plus.
