We are seeking a skilled Model Maker specializing in metal and plastic to craft prototypes for a variety of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with design teams to understand project goals and timelines.
• Develop and refine prototype designs through iterative processes.
• Utilize CAD software to assist in the design and manufacturing process.
• Conduct tests on prototypes to ensure functionality and quality.
• Provide feedback on design improvements based on practical experience.
• Document processes and create manuals for future reference.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Implement best practices for safety and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification or apprenticeship in engineering, metalwork, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on prototype making
