We are in search of a highly skilled Architect to lead our design projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, presenting ideas to clients, and ensuring that all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs that meet client needs and comply with safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Coordinate with other professionals including engineers and builders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Assist in project management and timeline development.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure consistency with design specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling
• Sustainable Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Green Building Professional
• Chartered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban planning: Knowledge and experience in urban design projects would be beneficial.
