Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management processes, tools, and standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Develop and implement project communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
• Manage project changes and request additional resources as needed.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
