DevOps Engineer

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in improving our operations through automation and efficient cloud management. Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure configuration management is up-to-date.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance in the cloud.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate processes.
• Conduct regular audits of existing systems to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for monitoring and support of critical services.
• Help mentor and train junior team members in DevOps practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields

Technical Skills

• Cloud Security Best Practices
• Monitoring Tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Serverless Architectures: Familiarity with serverless computing services like AWS Lambda.
