Responsibilities

• Execute testing protocols for complex software applications.
• Monitor software performance and ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Identify usability issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain clear communication with the development team regarding quality concerns.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Contribute to test planning and strategy sessions.
• Document testing progress and outcomes meticulously.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
• Train and mentor new QA team members.
• Review and suggest improvements to testing processes.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of API Testing: Experience with testing APIs and web services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.
