Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who will be instrumental in the planning and execution of clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring the trials meet regulatory standards and that patient safety and data integrity are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and study protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions for researchers and staff on study protocols.
  • Collect and analyze clinical data, generating accurate reports.
  • Handle participant inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with the data management team to ensure data integrity.
  • Review and maintain study documents for compliance.
  • Coordinate with labs and other departments as needed.
  • Facilitate patient follow-up visits and ensure proper documentation.
  • Report any deviations from study protocols to appropriate staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination
