Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Technician dedicated to solving technical problems and enhancing our customer service experience. As part of our team, you will address support tickets and provide end-user assistance in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.
• Provide proactive maintenance for IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
