Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mixing Tank Operator to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining mixing tank equipment, ensuring the efficient production of various products. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in handling complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing tank equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on the mixed products to ensure specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot any issues with mixing processes proactively.
• Assist in the training of new staff on mixing equipment operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety protocols.
• Document any changes in processes and equipment settings as required.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure standards are upheld.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding workflow enhancements.
• Participate in safety drills and meetings to promote workplace safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role is highly preferred.
