Job Description

We are looking for a passionate IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and staff. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and ensure that our IT systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Implement IT security measures and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of new IT projects.
  • Ensure that IT policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Regularly report on system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support or related qualifications preferred.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
