We are searching for a skilled Tax Consultant to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of South African tax laws, with a proven track record in providing efficient tax planning and compliance services. This role demands a proactive approach to solving client queries and delivering tailored tax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the firm's tax services and offerings.
• Conduct client consultations to assess tax needs.
• Build comprehensive tax strategies based on individual client requirements.
• Evaluate and enhance internal processes for tax compliance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Manage deadlines effectively for clients’ tax submissions.
• Work closely with clients to ensure all tax filings are timely and accurate.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of tax consulting experience
