Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our development process, responsible for ensuring the highest quality software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify, document, and resolve technical issues during the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and track bugs through a bug tracking system.
• Assist in the establishment of QA processes and standards.
• Deliver consistent feedback and provide quality metrics to management.
• Utilize testing tools to conduct performance and load testing.
• Actively contribute to product release decision through testing data.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing, including leadership roles

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
