Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our development process, responsible for ensuring the highest quality software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify, document, and resolve technical issues during the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to understand customer requirements and prepare testing strategies.
• Conduct manual and automated testing processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates on testing progress.
• Support the development team in maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing, including leadership roles

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge in Continuous Integration (CI): Experience with CI tools like Jenkins and Travis CI.
• Experience with JIRA: Proficient in using JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
