Job Description

Join Tech Innovations Inc. as an IT Support Technician, where your expertise will support our internal teams in managing and troubleshooting IT systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical issues with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT helpdesk inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues for users.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware.
  • Participate in IT projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
  • Support the setup of conference room technology.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex support issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a tech support role
