Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Operations Planner. You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of manufacturing operations, working closely with production teams to improve processes and enhance productivity. Your skills in systems thinking and project management will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage scheduling for production activities.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize output.
• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet standards.
• Integrate lean manufacturing principles into operations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on operation best practices.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for operational needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in process planning and optimization within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis
• SAP or similar ERP system

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
