Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, manage project teams, and ensure quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Manage procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to upper management.
  • Ensure that all construction processes adhere to safety protocols.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during project execution.
  • Supervise the quality of materials used and construction work.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training when necessary.
  • Create detailed reports and documentation for future reference.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
  • Monitor the financial health of projects and ensure profitability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
