Job Description

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for designing and managing structural projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering sustainable and innovative designs that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for structural projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Utilize engineering software to model and assess structural integrity.
• Participate in site inspections and surveys to ensure design implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Handle project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Review and approve structural plans and drawings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis

• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
