Job Description

As an Accountant at Apex Financial Services, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with all accounting standards. If you have a flair for numbers and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
• Provide financial advice and support to management and staff.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (CIMA, CA(SA)) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
