Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to lead our fleet operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will directly oversee vehicle maintenance, logistics, and driver management, ensuring optimal fleet performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international transportation laws.
• Communicate regularly with management on fleet status and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet team.
• Coordinate with IT for fleet management software updates and training.
• Assist in budget preparation for fleet operations and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fleet operations

• Fleet Compliance Regulations
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Fleet Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
