We are seeking a compassionate Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update medical records.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Support patients emotionally and physically during recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
• Train new nursing staff and facilitate their onboarding process.
• Engage in health education and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a specialized nursing field is preferable

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
