We are seeking a proactive Quality Coordinator to ensure compliance and drive quality improvements in our operations. This role is vital in maintaining quality standards and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials aimed at improving quality understanding.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss quality trends and action plans.
• Assist in the preparation of quality reports for management review.
• Stay updated on the latest quality assurance practices and technologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Engineering discipline
• A Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a quality coordination role
